It’s so difficult to find a good pain management doctor that doesn’t treat you like it’s all in your head or you want drugs. She is amazing kind professional, caring, and ensures that your care is safe and appropriate. She takes time with you and is never rushing you. I highly recommend Dr Stepanenko.

Everyone was so helpful. They understood about the pain I have and had a plan for the next 30 days to follow.

Dr S will listen. She will pay attention to the sign your body is showing before you realize what the issue is. She's right on top of it. She's also concerned about your family too. Always ask how my adult son is doing. I recommend her to everyone.

I truly love Dr. S. she is so caring and really tries to help. I have been in pain for years. She listened to me and made a plan on how to make me better. I may not be out of pain but at least I know we are working on the same goals and that's trying to make it more manageable. The staff at her office are also truly wonderful.

Dr. S has been my physician for over 5 years now. She has helped me to live life in much less pain and has always been a steady guide for managing any unexpected issues. She and her staff make me feel heard and valued as a patient. She has truly given me s new lease on life!

Dr. Stepanenko has been the first doctor since relocating to AR that I have found who has helped me. Suffering from chronic pain from surgeries and illness I have struggled to find a doctor who has the knowledge and ability to help manage my pain. Dr. Stepanenko listened to my history and pain management goals. She brought together all her training, expertise, knowledge and experience to find a treatment plan that works for me. Dr. Stepanenko’ s dedication to her patients along with her experience bring a commitment to helping those under her care.

She's very rude doesn't believe a word I said waste of money made me pull my shirt up to see if I was lying about my open heart surgery didn't care about my past x-rays or MRIS made me get X-rays cost me a lot of money for nothing 2 weeks later I called her office in Little Rock to see if I could get any pain medicine never return my phone call and the visit that I seen her in Benton she told me flat out I'm not giving you any pain medicine I can't do injections she never even mentioned that

Big waste of time. They do not read your past history to determine anything. I spent 3 weeks waiting in tremendous pain in hopes of getting some relief. I’ve had back issues for the last 10 years and have NEVER had to use a pain management doctor until my pcp retired. I have always managed it myself. After spending 45 minutes filling out paperwork, I spent about 20 waiting in the Dr… After being directed to her office NOT an exam room for some reason. I was given the ole standard squeeze my fingers, raise your leg type useless stuff. After it was complete I was immediately told, all I can do for you is, Give injections and or therapy. I said had you read my file at all like you say you have, then you would have known I’ve had 15 injections over the years, plus I’m disabled because of my back and legs so I can’t do therapy without worse injury.

Second time seeing Dr Stephanko for pain of lower back & pelvic area. Sge thoroughly explains treatments available. Never easily understand. Highly recommend her.

Dr Stepanenko truly cares about her patients. She seeks to find true solutions to my problems when other practitioners just dismissed me. I wish she could be my PCP!

Would not recommend this doctor if my life depended on it. I saw her a few years ago at NPI (National Pain Institute) in Winter Park and just today I was able to see my notes from my doctors visits at NPI facilities. She is the only one I’ve come across who put “Patient was emotionally liable and used vulgar language” in my notes from my visit. I find this rather ridiculous as she was the one who used such language during my visit and I had a witness there to see and hear it. I remember leaving there in tears and my husband trying to comfort me and make sure that I never had to see her again. I believe she was a fill in that day for the regular doctor I saw at the time. I’ll be sure to leave reviews on any site that I can going forward to warn prospective patients about her so that I can hopefully save others from experiencing her outright rude and egotistical manner when treating patients with chronic pain. Then to top it all off and lie in the patient notes - she’s just unbelievable.
