Aside from the front desk and the medical assistant my experience with Urgent Care for Children in Cordova was terrible! We waited over 3 hours to endure Dr. T. William's lack of bedside manner for all of 3 minutes. When he finally came into the room, he didn't use hand sanitizer or wash his hands, then proceeded to use his ungloved fingers to examine my son's eye. Less than 3 min in the room & he was gone. That was the extent of the visit with Dr. Williams. I had questions about Rx given & was asked why I needed to know the reasoning behind it. Prior to leaving the office, I asked to speak to the office manager to discuss the issues & was told he would give her my name and number to call me, but when I asked her name, so I could expect her call, he had to ask a medical assistant bc he didn’t know her name! I never received a call, as expected. I will never visit Urgent Care for Children again. I’d rather wait for hours to see someone passionate about their job with children.

He kept leaving the room and jumping from patient to patient. His pants were sagging and showing half of his boxers. His seemed scatter brained. He wouldn’t just sit down and explain and recommend things. I had to ask many questions to dig for what he thought. He didn’t know what he gave my child just 2 days earlier. VERY scattered! Would not recommend.
