I had a disappointing experience with this doctor. I visited for a severe flu and was seeking relief for a persistent cough. However, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, as the doctor informed me that certain medications were only effective within the first 48 hours of symptom onset, which seemed dismissive.Following this telemedicine visit, I sought a second opinion from a local doctor, who took my symptoms more seriously. The local doctor prescribed a specific, short-term antibiotic, which quickly resolved my cough. This highlighted the stark difference in care and approach between the two providers.While I understand the importance of adhering to medical protocols, I felt that my symptoms and need for relief were not adequately addressed during the initial visit. The communication style did not instill confidence or a sense of care. Specially when her suggestion was to take the OTC from pharmacy. One ask “whats the point of paying a doctor”

I have a reoccuring medical issue, and it's often more convenient to go to telehealth than wait for my normal Dr. However, I wish I waited. Here are the highlights of my visited, after I named my issue and requested a specific treatment. -condescending tone, explaining the condition and otc options rather than asking questions and seeking information-stated she had to explain it because she didn't know my medical history. Did not ask questions about my history or allow me to finish my sentences about my history. -did not trust my self assessment or me in general-hung up on me when I questioned her treatment plan, since the dose was less than im typically given by telehealth or my usual Dr

To all the patient that looking for a good doctor, PLEASE do not go to this dortor!!!!!If only i can give -5 star i would!!! First appointment i already know im not comfortable with her then i even ask them if they can switch me off to different doctor but then i change my mind and tell myself maybe we just started in the wrong foot.Then i begun seeing her reviews online then i saw a lot people complaining about her! Then i still give her the benefit of a doubt! Surely my second appointment with her is the worst! I needed refferal for sleep study and she reffered me somewhere that they dont do sleep study and she told me that she doesnt have any control about the refferal and she doesnt know what and what not the clinic does! She is really the worst doctor i’ve ever met! She is rude and doesnt listen what the patient!

Avoid this doctor at all costs!!! Does not care about her patients and should not even be allowed to be a doctor. I plan on reporting her to the board of medicine.

She was rushed, arrogant, and argumentative. Spent about 2 minutes with me when I was super ill. It is clear why her practice is limited to tele-medicine. Avoid this doctor at all costs!

She is extremely rude and has a negative attitude towards patients. Do not recommend.

she did not care about the fact a had bad shortness of breath did not refill my blood pressure medicine and although I am 65 would not recommend an ekg or address the cause of my serious problems I have since seen another doctor who listened and cared and immediately ordered a chest xray and pulmonary tests he was concerned she did not mention any tests at all and did not even say about a follow up visit
