Dr. Taylor Vaughan, MD

Dr. Vaughan has made my kidney cancer journey easy. He is kind, knowledgeable, caring, a great listener and answers and explains everything. He takes the time to get to know you and make you comfortable. I think he’s the BEST doctor and I highly recommend him with no reservation at all.

Dr Vaughan saved my life! I was diagnosed with a large kidney mass, that turned out to be cancer. He really reassured me throughout the whole visit and explained the options. He didn’t seem rushed and I’ve never had to wait at any of my appointments with him. I went with robotic surgery to remove the mass. I was only in the hospital one night and barely had any pain. Thanks to Dr. Vaughan, I can proudly say I’m cancer free! I don’t have anything negative to say, and would absolutely recommend Dr Vaughan to anyone in South Carolina needing a Urologist!

My first appointment with Dr Vaughn... he gave me a ton of time and was incredibly thorough in his description of the various options open to me. It felt as though he really cared about the ultimate outcome for me as a man of 64 years of age! He was down to earth and very clear in his communication. His office staff is also very representative of his high level of care for his patients! I really can't say enough nice things about my experience with this office... I highly recommend Dr Vaughn!

Dr. Vaughn was absolutely GREAT. His willingness to LISTEN & RESPOND to some very serious questions was GREATLY appreciated. I was suffering from complete incontinence for 2-years, after what I considered a botched robotic prostatectomy, performed by another surgeon. He suggested, & performed a Urethral Implant Surgery that totally stopped my incontinence & literally gave me back my life. No more unexpected pad leakage at the ABSOLUTE MOST embarrassing of times (such as giving a business presentation to a large group of local professionals, or on the dance floor at at our wedding anniversary dinner, or on a call at a banking prospects place of business...I could go on, but I won't). I appreciate his pleasant presentation, his ability to absolutely listen to my fears & concerns, his unassuming way of asking and answering questions, but most of all, his skills as a Surgeon. I'm not being compensated for this review, nor are we related. I simply appreciate what he did for me.

Head and shoulders over his Peers! He was thorough and concise and offered an Approach not offered by other doctors. As the result, my prostete is shrinking...

I really like Dr. Vaughan. He listens and we talk about any concerns or upcoming items. Very good bed-side manner and very knowledgable. If I have a question he may not be able to answer he will research it or pont me in the right direction

Dr Vaughan was always eager to address any concerns I had about prostate cancer and treatments available to me. He performed robotic prostatectomy on me and did a marvelous job. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Pensacola vicinity!
