Dr. Ted Brezel, MD

I now travel more than an hour to see a dermatologist rather than a 10 minute ride to see Dr Brezel. Medically, he's very competent. As a human being, miserable.

He could be a good Dr. But he could be more patient and respectful with his patients. The last time I saw him, he was rude when I asked to look for a bump I had on my left side of head and responded by saying in a stern voice to ' find it:. Last but not least; when I asked him for a refill on a cream he had previously prescribed, he responded..' Are you kidding? I just gave you one.' Not the way you will talk to a patient. N lastly; just because I forgot to ask him about this cream the day before he ended up charging me twice

This doctor is rude and have no respect for his patients. He didn't clean the cyst properly made me go back 3-4 times for a small cyst removal and didn't think I'm worthy to explain anything. When I asked a question, his remark was " let me decide what to do" I will no longer go to him even for a for follow up.

Dr Brazel is one of the best dermatologist, his service is excellent, staff is very organized and helpful I would surly recommend my friends and family to his office, Dr Brazel is the #1

Charges a copy for just coming to see him. Only to hear that my insurance does not cover wart removal. He could have told me that on my previous visit. Instead he let me combine again, pay the $40 copy and tell me my insurance does not cover it. I should use OTC medicine. Else it would be $150 for each one of 4 warts I have, four different sessions. Refused to refund me the copay when I asked.

NEVER AGAIN will I visit this doctor even if he was the last dermatologist on the planet. My husband & I had 2 back to back appointments. It was a 2 hour wait before we were seen. When the so called doctor walked in the room & I expressed my frustration he didn’t seem to care. I was there for a rash on my back & he quickly looked at it, scraped it for a sample then pointed to a mole that “should be biopsied”. After reading other reviews I should have said no but didn’t. It was supposedly sent off to some lab I’ve never heard of never received results either. When I told him my gp felt it was a infection he dismissed it was arrogant & as it turns out my gp was right. He prescribed me a cream to treat eczema etc & it made my condition worse & I was on fire. When i went to a new doctor he could not believe i was prescribed that by a dermatologist & said my gp was right. I leave & come to find out he also scraped & biopsied my husband again with no results. Stay away from this chop shop!

Was not a great experience... you spend more time waiting to be seen by the doctor then the doctor himself. His assistance as well as the doctor are horrible and rude. Need major improvement and won't go back ...

He is terrific ..but the front office needs improvement Was treated rudely and won't go back .. I feel sorry for Dr. Brezel she is going to ruin his practice

I’ve been to Glendale Dermatology over the years with my family and every time Dr. Brezel and his staff treats us great from the minute we step into the office. Yolanda always make sure to make us feel at ease, she is very pleasant Dr. Brezel always has an answer for every single one of our visits. Highly recommended!

Dr. Brezel is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed my skin issue perfectly and gave me advice on how to manage my skin condition. He answered all of my questions. I referred family and friends to Dr. Brezel. Everyone is happy with my recommendation. The front desk is pleasant and efficient.

The doctor and his staff were great, I was very nervous about these spots on my skin and thankfully he took care of the problem. He answered all my questions and made me feel like i mattered. I recommend Dr. Brezel highly. I'm now looking forward to getting a few cosmetic things done too - botox and fillers for my wrinkles.

Dr Brezel is too expensive and totally unprofessional and inexperienced when it comes to cosmetic issue. . He preformed a cool sculpting procedure and he told me i will see results with in 3 to 6 months, so i waited 6 months and didn't see any results. i went back to him to find out why i didn't see any results.. His answer was " cool sculpting works in some people" I paid $1650 and he said to spend another $1500 and you may see results.. He is a big LIAR, hungry for money, and DO NOT TRUST HIM

The worst! He's not the warmest person but that's not the worst part about seeing this doctor. The entire office has no regard for your time. They keep you waiting forever and when you do finally get seen, you're lucky if you get more than 3 minutes with Brezel. The very long wait is not worth it. I will no longer go to Brezel.

Dr. Brezel is a fantastic dermatologist. He has a great patient manner - always kind, considerate and professional. You can ask as many questions as you want and he will always be there to answer and help you. If you need a dermatologist, he is your man. I have to mention that his entire staff are just as kind, considerate and friendly as Dr. Brezel - they go the extra mile for you.

7pm appt. we walk in to find a waiting room full of patients and no air conditioning , only a simple oscillating fan. We waited over 45 minutes to be seen. It seems they schedule several patients for the same appt time. I spoke to 2 other people who had 7pm appointments. I think this process needs to be reviewed. Dr Brezel was knowledgeable and gave us a few options to consider. And I'd like to return if only for the reason that the office is so close to my home but will definitely look around.
