Dr. Tenley Noone, MD

I first met Dr noon while assisting my friend- her patient to an appt. I observed the time she took with them. Her care, concern & her pleasant manner along with her vast knowledge was impressed. I was so taken by her knowledge, I asked if she was accepting new patients, she said yes & I set up an appointment where she gave me the same level of care & concern that I believe she gives to every patient she has. Could not ask for any better doctor in the world...! I miss her and want to know where she has gone though! She is no longer @ the same practice facility. Sadly with no notice that she was moving on or leaving & I am desperate to find her I don't want to go to any other doctor but her & this is very disheartening the Dr. & staff that is at that location now is NOT near her QUALITY when she was there. I think she was wonderful. I felt cared for and she was concerned about making me feel better. She is no longer with BayCare and I have no doctor. I miss her dearly.

I’ve been with Dr. Noone since I moved to FL several years ago. She is, by far, one of the best doctors that I’ve ever had… and since I’m in my mid-70s, I’ve experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly. Dr. Noone is extremely thorough and comprehensive, answers all my questions completely, always treats me as a partner in developing an healthcare plan for me, and never rushes me through an appointment. I have read several of the negative reviews on this website and I can’t imagine they are being honest about the quality of Dr. Noone’s care. I suspect they are chronic complainers who blame the everyone else for their bad behaviors.

Wonderful. She is not for everyone. She has strong opinions but will listen to yours and engage in a dialog. I enjoy her ministrations very much. She is fully engaged in what she does and shows extraordinary interest in your wellbeing. 5 stars

Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. She is very rude, condescending, and has a superiority complex. She repeatedly tells you that she’s “the doctor.” This response is if you ask a question about your labs, or tell her your symptoms. She patient shames - talks to you like you’re an idiot for asking a question. She withheld necessary medication from me - which is so unnecessary and can be harmful. After I filed a complaint with Baycare, another doctor filled my prescriptions right away. I’m shocked that Baycare keeps this doctor on staff as I’ve had only positive interactions from their other physicians, labs, and radiology.

Horrible experience. Doctor refused to do blood test to monitor health as requested by son who is a physician. Patient not treated with respect. Will go to physician outside of Baycare which has also been a horrible experience.

Dr Noone is the best Physician I have had since moving to Florida in 1990. I never feel rushed and she has always been thorough and provides superior healthcare services. I have nothing but praise for Dr Noone and Baycare and as they combine to be a total healthcare provider.

Dr Noone is very caring and takes the time to listen to your concerns, she explains everything very well She is a great doctor !

I have found Dr. Noone to be outstanding and very detail oriented. Spent a great deal of time with a thorough examination and careful consultion. Discussed treatment possibilities and avenues of healing therapies. Great communication and listening skills. I’m very pleased she is my physician.

Dr. Noone undermined what other medical professionals, even some in her own office, have said. She was very patronizing when asked questions. She was insulting and talked down to me. She talked incessantly and negatively against vitamins and had a momentary fit about how people refuse prescriptions but will take any pill from a health food store. When I told her I had tension in my neck and shoulders, she called me high-anxiety and tried to put me on anxiety medication. I had simply asked about physical therapy. She laughed at my questions, when she listened to my heart, when she checked my stomach. When I asked why she was laughing, she said because I had so much stress. In that appointment, I certainly did. This was a wellness exam, and I had specific questions I wanted to ask; I didn’t get the chance in some cases and chose not to in others. Her behavior was just too unprofessional. And, frankly, disturbing. I will not be returning.

Dr Noone always great me with energy and enthusiasm. It didn’t override the reason for my visit; it did put me at ease and made me feel welcome. Dr Noone uses her laptop for reference and to record; however, she moved away to talk with me and listen. For me, that’s a true Physician. Our conversation was engaging, humorous at times, and never did I feel uneasy. Those conversations will increase the quality of my health; they may as time passes save my life. I am very happy that Dr Noone speaks to me; listens to me; looks at me and not at the keyboard of a laptop.

Dr. Noone is covering for my PPC, during her maternity leave. In the time she has been covering, she has ignored concerning issues regarding my husband's blood pressure, refused to respect the healthcare plan outlined by my PPC right before her leave, withholding previously approved medication, also refused to respect the previously approved healthcare plan of my friend, leaving her without her medication for more than 3 weeks now, and has still not released the previously approved prescription. I have found her to be complacent and dismissive. I consider her to be holding Dr. Uebelhart's patients hostage, Dr. Uebelhart is on leave. In my husband's instance, she was medically negligent. Not to mention, Michelle, in the front office is extremly rude and incompetent. I have filed several complaints with Baycare, but things have declined and not improved. I hope that Baycare will take these complaints seriously, or I will be forced to leave the practice.

Very thorough and caring. Alble to explain clearly and takes sufficient time to ask questions.

My yearly physicals are done with Dr.Noone. Friday, June 8th, I was fit in for an appt, complaining of a sore shoulder. Dr. Noone gives excellent care, answers all of my questions. Thank you.

Good bedside manner while you're being treated. Almost total disconnect once you leave the treatment room. Follow-up is poor to none. They don't answer their phone or return calls even if you leave messages.
