Horror story of an experience
I have never left a negative review of anyone before, but I feel compelled and responsible for sharing that Biggerstaff performed 2 failed ridge augmentations of my #8 tooth area. I had to visit her office no less than 10 times for complications, and 8 weeks into the 2nd ridge augmentation I had another oral surgeon tell me that I would have to have it done again because she had not created enough of a ridge from front to back, to even hold a dental implant. The front area of my mouth was literally caved in. Now I am almost 8 months into this and over $8000.00 out of pocket. I had to get another oral surgeon to clean out her work and start over and had to pay another almost $8000.00 to him. She should stick to doing doing fillers and pulling teeth.

Dr. Biggerstaff and her whole crew were most accomodating, pleasant and competent in helping me schedule a much needed tooth extraction. Due to my epilepsy, I have on average only 10 days a month when I can travel from our home, over 35 miles away, to a doctor's office. My tooth ache was acute and this work had to be done. The Advanced Oral and Facial Surgery office gracefully made time for me and they did a great job.

Very efficient and friendly. I have no post-operative pain at all have no need for the paid meds prescribed. A most pleasant surprise! I hope not to need her again but if I do, that's where I'll go.

I'm not too sure where to start but I can tell you that my overall experience was the utmost fascinating relaxing experience that I've ever had at a dentist office. Just by walking in the office you get the feeling of being relaxed, and I feel it has a lot to do with dr. Biggerstaff and the people that work for her. Thank you for everything.

I was referred to Dr. Biggerstaff by my dentist for a dental implant. I found her to be both professional and personable. I felt relaxed with her and the staff. The office is very nicely decorated and very clean. I learned that she does facial surgery and treatments as well. I am very pleased to say that I have taken advantage of her services in this area also. I am very well pleased with her treatment. I will happily recommend her and her staff to those who may be seeking these services.

Dr. Biggerstaff knows her stuff! She not only made me feel comfortable but listened to every detail when I was explaining to her what I did not like about my skin. She suggested a simple skin care regimen and Botox treatments, then guided me as to what steps I should take next. My skin is now better than ever. I will never trust anyone else when it comes to my skin.

Terrible ! I went for Botox and she dropped my eyebrows and made me look awful. I called and complained and went back and she had no idea what to do. She is a dentist and not a Dermatologist. I think she is just doing cosmetic procedures to make more money. She should stick with Dentistry and leave the Botox to the Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons.
