She was my Dr when I was a kid, and now my children go to her. I trust her and have had no problems with Staff or others there.

Dr Dao is a great doctor, a few of the nurse/medical assistants (unsure of their titles) have such bad attitudes that it makes the entire experience awful. You already have to sit there for at least two hours with an appointment, the last thing you want to deal with is attitude. Anytime you need an appointment prepare to wait at least a week. If your child is sick and needs to see a doctor you'll have to go to the immediate care center. Overall can't meet a child's pediatrician needs.

its an absolute nightmare. Besides having to live in a urgent care cause the 3 women (staff) is so overloaded and rude its absolutely the worst place. If you love your children then don't even chance it. Say goodbye to trying any thing w/ these people, they are lazy and rude always out back smoking and I've called passport and still can't get my child's records from 3 different offices requesting them along time ago their 2 lazy. If you need anything besides a dum dum sucker then just stay away.

Rude and not a good doctor. She bumped my baby in the head on the concrete wall. She never even apologized. I would never go back to her office again. A horrible experience.

I've only been once, but I really doubt I'll go back. They are under staffed and extremely rude.
