Dr. Teresa Greiner, MD

For my dad, Dr. Greiner has been a poor provider of both psychotherapeutic counsel and prescribed treatment. With regard to counseling, he and my mom (who has attended to help with insight) say that she seems aloof, disconnected to what is being said. Of greater concern, her advice on medication has been borderline unprofessional. These drugs are not to be taken lightly; any changes, including those within the same classification, can have significant, potentially detrimental, effects to the patient. Dr. Greiner has provided my dad samples of meds not affordably covered by his Medicare, with no advisement; he discovers only if he seeks refill. Meaning if that drug actually works for him, his spirits lift only to find he cannot afford to remain on it, and must start over. Worse, this is amplified by her nurse's ('Gus') repeated lack of returning phone calls requesting help with med or health issues that arise. Absolutely unacceptable for anyone in the medical profession.

I saw Dr. Greiner for several years when she practiced in Williston, ND. She is very kind, compassionate, intelligent, trustworthy and professional.

I started seeing Dr. Greiner in 2001 & she helped me a lot , got me going on the right meds, it took about 4 yrs to do so. She is very professional about every move she makes. She is a very caring psychiatrist cares about her patients & family I seen her in Williston ND. & in I think it was 2011 or 2012 in Minot ND for a while. I would go to her any chance I had if needed professional help with the mental disorders. She was very good at helping people make the right decisions.
