Didn't answer questions, just concern with her opinion about herself, not the patient. Will not use as my Physician with VA. Did not listen to my medical problems or prescribe medicine for my condition. Plan to ask VA for another Doctor or quit VA. Rude person.

Lugo sees my husband at the VA. She doesn't fulfill the promises she makes to my husband, never gets back with him with results or next steps from appointments. We are constantly left wondering why we even had the appointment to begin with. Nothing comes from these time consuming appointments and my husbands health continues to decline. Extremely dissatisfied to say the least

Twice we have needed her and twice she has not been available to us. Have asked for months for physical therapy for a dislocated shoulder that popped back in place by an intern at a hospital near home and done incorrectly. Almost total loss of strength in that arm. This time the one hour drive to emergency is too much for him and she refuses to give him a referral to see a doctor nearby and not suffer from bulging discs in his back on the drive one hour away one way to VA Emergency!!!

First time patient and she won my husband's confidence and trust that she will take great care of him; which is truly a blessing with his medical conditions and family histories. She is so thorough and very honest with you which is the way we like it. We left the office with quite a few things to do and exhilarated to get his care started. Bonus: easy communication with her and her nurses using the online secure message for appointment, refills, etc.
