Dr. Teresa Myers, MD

Dr. Meyers is a wonderful doctor. I am so lucky to have been matched with her when my previous doctor left. I am shocked at all these negatives reviews. She is very kind and compassionate. She is very knowledgeable and she will give you the care you deserve . For example, she was nice enough to call in a script for me after the fact of my last appointment.

I discussed this doctor with the Cleveland Clinic Ombudsman due to her poor treatment of me, lack of taking my health into consideration and her holding my prescriptions hostage to make me see her ever 3 months. She found out about the complaint with the Ombudsman and cancelled ALL of my prescriptions. Prescriptions that I NEED. What a petty human being. Avoid her at all costs.

Tried to give this woman the benefit of all the doubt online but after a four hour wait, I cannot. I waited four hours from 9:30 pm to 1:40 am to see this “doctor”. During the wait I looked at her reviews and thought “surely I’ll have a good experience although she’s incredibly slow”... Nope sad to say she hasn’t changed. I was literally next in line and she goes offline. I was totally dropped out of queue. Not only is that a shame that AmWell allows people to be dropped out of queue, but it’s a shame on this “doctor” that she could careless about the people who invest time and money into this. Very very displeased.

Very poor service on Bon Secours 24/7, I have had nothing but good things to say about this service. However, this MD knows nothing about general medicine. I am disappointed to say this, however, she told me "there is nothing she could do for me". I am a registered nurse and work in an ER, this Doc, told me I did not have a sinus infection when in fact I did. I will be following this up, as she clearly is trying to make side cash via online and not treat patients appropriately. I asked for antib

She is very slow, my son had an ear infection, she said he was fine, a day later I ended up in the ER with my son. Had blood work done, they wouldn't give me the results over the phone, I needed to make and appointment. One time we came late (15 minutes) because of traffic, Gwen had us go back into a room, we sat there for 40 minutes waiting on the doctor, finally Gwen comes back to say we need to reschedule because Dr. Myers had somewhere to be. She just wanted to get paid for a office visit.

I do not recommend this doctor at all. I had blood work done and waited 3 months for the results. Also she wouldn't tell me my results over the phone, I needed a doctor visit to know my results. I was 15mins late, cause of traffic and she wouldn't see me, but she was paid for a doctor visit even though she didn't see me

Dr. Myers is very compassionate and understanding. She listens and makes you feel comfortable sharing with her on tough topics. I would highly recommend her. I feel safe and secure in her care.

I love Dr.Myers so much, she has a passion for her patients like no other. My kids feel comfortable with her and I will follow her wherever she go.
