ER visit
After serious neglect by the ER staff, Dr Ross came and took over my care ! She listened carefully, prescribed , and waited to see if I was comfortable. In addition, she took care if a few things that other staff should have handled. I give her the highest marks in every area .

Outstanding. We brought our son into the ER with possible appendicitis. The PA was not being as aggressive in the treatment as we or physicians in the family hoped. Dr. Ross really listed to us and evaluated our son based on his attributes and what he presented - not based on some standard pediatric formula. All this when she was supposed to go off shift. A true healer!!!
