Bad Patient Care
I have been going to this center for the last 6 or 7 years. Have had no problem with the surgeries or care I received. Went in for a check-up and wanted a few spots on my face looked at. Had a few frozen and was told by the PA that there was a spot close to my lip that looked a little questionable. The PA took the biopsy and I was told to go home I would be called in 1 week for the results, I was sent home with a hole in my lip that was quite deep. After a week the PA called my home and said it was basil cell and I needed to set up appt. for MOHS surgery after the hole in my lip was starting to heal. I have in the past always waited in the office for the lab to come back and had the surgery the same day. If this is how business is being done I won't be going back.

Everyone in her office is fabulous. Helpful and informed. Dr. Cottingham was so gentle and efficient. I’m beyond pleased with the outcome after a MOHS procedure on my face.
