Dr. Terrance -False, deceiving ER discharge notes
I was in Santa Maria Dignity Health ER this week due to high back pain after fusion surgery a few days prior. I was in ER around 5 hours and Dr. Terrance was the second ER doctor assigned to me. He was in my patient room not more that 2-3 minutes but in his discharge notes, he painted exact opposite on my symptoms and what I and his nurses had been telling him. According to his notes I was doing great but in reality I was in excruciating pain since my back surgery and I was already given 3 separate sets of pain killers that didn't touch my pain. As a patient we need to trust our doctors but not every doctor has same level of honesty and trustworthiness...
