Dr. Gearan was my PCP for 15 years. She was an amazing doctor, very knowledgeable, personable and attentive. I had some unique problems, I feel, and she was more than adequate in addressing those along with ordinary issues. A few months into the pandemic, I was told she wasn't available to see me. This continued to the present day (1-1/2 years later?) and ultimately I am having to change going to her practice, not just losing her. I understand the need for discretion, but I am saddened at not knowing if she got sick or what happened to her. It doesn't appear she is practicing medicine any longer.

I recently called the office to schedule an appointment regarding lumps that appeared in the palm of my hand. When I arrived for the appointment, she had researched what she thought was the problem. She was able to provide me with all the information about the lumps. She was able to explain what the lumps were and why they appeared. Also had printed materials she provided for me.

Dr. Gearan my PCP, I thought was good until my urine was used for drug testing including THC without explanation. I was so sick on this visit I ended up in the ER. I find out on My Chart. There was no justification for the testing. I was so sick & did not know my urine was used for this. Her nurse tested me upon entering w/ no explanation. I thought it was for infection. The trust is gone!

Excellent primary care physician. She has been taking care of my 94 year old mom now for 3 years, and she works with her to make sure that she is comfortable with anything she does. Her approach to complicated metabolic issues has been right out of the consensus medical opinions that I researched. In other words, she follows evidenced based medical principles but with empathy and good communication skills

More interested in her own ego than listening to patients. She is disrespectful, condescending, and basically useless. She doesn't actually treat you, demonstrate any medical expertise, nor committment to the practice of primary care. You will be ushered through the office like an object on a manufacturing line, processed, charged a fee, and then referred on to another doctor where you'll have to pay again for the care you should have gotten from Dr. Gearan. A waste of time and money.
