Waste patient’s time and cause inconvenience.
My dad’s appointments for lab& follow-up with Dr were scheduled 6 months in advance. The day before his lab appointment, an email reminder was sent to confirm his date & appointment time. When he arrived for his lab, he was sent home because the Dr isn’t available to see him on his follow-up appointment. Apparently, they said it must be within 7 days of each other! What a waste of time and inconvenience they made for an elderly 83 year old man.

Dr. Nguyen took the time to explain my health issues clearly and concisely. He reviewed my medication list and suggested an antibiotic that would be appropriate for someone my age.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful and knowledgeable Dr. Nguyen is! I met him unexpectedly while inpatient but am so glad I did. He is intelligent, has wonderful bedside manner, a lovely sense of humor, and just a very kind human being. Following up in his office was just as great of an experience, his staff is wonderful as well. Five stars, top notch, the best of the best!!
