Straightforward and caring
I went to 3 doctors who wasn’t sure what I had. Then I was referred to Dr. Daly for my Alopecia Areata. He was nice, helpful and made sure to do bloodwork and take a biopsy before the diagnosis. All I can say is, if you have to wait patiently in his office it’s worth it. He doesn’t push anything and listens to you, and he answers all questions. I don’t always review doctors, but I had to for him. I’m still in treatment and just really started, but I know I’m in good hands.

Ear lobe repair and piercing
I had my ear lobe repaired. When he proceeded to pierce it he pierced it 3 times in one sitting. I watched the first two times as he did it make holes completely off and to see it the third off, I couldn’t believe it. I paid for nothing.

Outrageous
Just showed up 10 minutes late to my appointnent bc the long island expressway was closed. A very rude secretary named Fay refused to let me in. She cancelled my appointnent. I have waited an hour bc other owople walk in 1/2 hour late at my actual apt time. This is outrageous. I drove an hoyt abd a half to get here this morning. I walked in at 9:10am for a 9:00am apt.

Great Doctor, not so great wait time
I went to Dr. Daly because he is the only dermatologist that actually helps me. I have been to many dermatologist, including the dermatologists in his office and they do not help. They are quick fixes but never resolve the issues. Dr. Daly knows his stuff and will get to the bottom of your issue. The only problems are the wait time in the waiting room and how long it takes to get an appointment. Having to wait so long in the waiting room is unacceptable and I feel forced to bear it but I understand why it takes so long to get an appointment. A great doctor is hard to find. I do not like how doctors feel that it is okay for us to wait like we do not have a life too. And, they sure get paid a pretty penny from us. Unfortunately, we are at their mercy but it is rude and unprofessional. With all that being said I will continue to go to Dr. Daly because he really is the best dermatologist I've ever been to.

I went to two dermatologists in the past. One told me I had dermatitis and prescribed a topical cream which did not help. I went to a second dermatologist that told me I had eczema and prescribed another topical cream which did not help. I finally foound the BEST dermatologist, Dr Daly, who took one look at my skin and advised it was psoriasis and prescribed Otezla. My condition was cleared up in less than one week. Thank you Dr Daly for being the BEST in your field.

I have used Dr. Daly for a number of years. He is knowledgeable, professional, very understanding of your issues and is a good listener. I would most definitely recommend him to both friends and family.

Not only a great Physician he adds a little humor that made me very comfortable. I have had many opportunities to visit Dr Daly, he looks and knows what needs to be done. During one visit a rash on my jaw bone gave him concern. He took a small sample. I received a phone call within days to tell me to pick up meds at my pharmacy as my rash was septic. At my job I spend hours going through old documents and I have a tendency to lean on my hand. The rash was becoming itchy. I am so thankful for his vast knowledge and attention to his patients. Dr Daly is a great Dr., you are fortunate if he is your in your corner for health care.

he talks to his nurse as if you were not in the room - you have to wait close to two hours, no matter when you make the appointment.
