He had absolutely no bedside manner. I thought him to be rude. Maybe he mellowed with age.

I always follow up with Dr. Pellegrino after my mammo due to dense cystic breasts. I see him 6 mos. later for another consult and ultrasound. He has great “bedside” manner and let’s you know if a procedure is warranted at the time of the exam ( biopsy).

Dr Pellegrino explained my procedure in a way for me to understand and the steps that follow. He is caring and makes you feel at ease. Anyone in need of a breast doctor, I would definitely recommend Dr Pellegrino. The staff in the Brick & Freehold office are so pleasant and extremely helpful. Five stars all the way!

I thought Dr. Lygas was wonderful and he did my lumpectomy. Terrific doctor. But there was a problem with my billing and a $10.00 co-pay was sent to an incorrect address. The office would not hear of correcting this mistake and I was summarily "discharged" from the practice. So sad, as I liked Dr. Lygas very much, but his office practices (which I hope he was unaware of) are horrible.
