I’ve been coming to this office for years. And every time I’ve either left in tears or fuming mad. Dr Pastranas bed side manor is terrible and seems to have issues with female patients. He also raises his voice when speaking about personal matters and the walls are paper thin so you come out feeling like everyone knows your business. 0/10 would not recommend. I’m so glad I changed.

My son had an appt with Dr. Pastrana and it went smooth. We didn't wait long he is very patient with my son and very informative. We have this experience everytime we have an appt. Hes been my sons Dr. For almost 3 years now

My son had an appointment with Dr, Pastrana last month and in my opinion this Doctor should not be working with children, he was not only rude to me but also to my son he is 3 years old. This appointment had me in tears, I understand everyone is entitled to a bad day but when you work with children you should know better. I am an office manager for a childrens therapy clinic and I would never allow my therapists to treat any patient the way that he did.
