Dr. Theodore Wagner, MD

Dr Wagner and his team were very unprofessional after my husband had a complication after his vasectomy. My husband tried to get ahold of Dr. Wagner 5 times after his procedure with no response (even though his nurses kept saying we would hear back within 48 hours because this was their policy). After 48 hours still nothing from Dr. Wagner. Instead my husband had to spend 5 hours at the ER with about a $900 charge after insurance. Even the attending physician in the ER told us to reach out to the advocate team because that was not okay that my husband had not heard from his surgeon. We did reach out to the advocate team and in turn got a very condescending and gaslighting letter back in the mail claiming it was my husbands fault and he went back to work too soon. If he went back to work too soon why did Dr Wagner say he would be “fine” to return to work on Monday and only wrote a weight lifting restriction AFTER my husband had to request it himself?

Dr.Wagner is by far one of my best team of doctors ! I will never go anywhere else. He gets to the problem and helps work threw it so I feel my best !

Dr. Wagner is an excellent urologist. He is excellent with people too. He does a very good job of explaining patients' health issues and telling patients what their options are. When I first saw Dr. Wagner, I had just been diagnosed with a soft-tissue mass in my bladder. Dr. Wagner managed to be both upbeat and forthright about my situation and my options. I have cancer, but Dr. Wagner and his staff are helping manage my disease. I always feel that I am in good hands with Dr. Wagner.

Couldn't have asked for a more concise physician!

I was referred to him to have a cyst removed from my urethera When I got to my appt they acted as if they didn't know that I was with child. He came into the waiting room where others were present to tell me I was wasting his time. To come back after I delivered. Did not offer any advice or alternative solutions. I was humiliated and very upset. I seen him at the hospital in Bluffton. Which I might add was horribly dirty. I never even seen an exam room, but the waiting room was absolutely filthy
