Dr. Theresa Callahan, MD

My son is a patient of Medical Associates Pediatrics but his physician was out on vacation. Dr. Callahan took my son's case and was able to treat his full body hives. She was relentless in her pursuit to help him, even calling us at home and checking on his status after hours at night. Ultimately, she coordinated care with an allergist but it was her unrelenting spirit and medical expertise that helped us get through a very difficult and painful period for my son. I can't recommend her and the staff at Medical Associated Pediatrics enough.

Finding a doctor who you feel comfortable with, who you can trust, who recognizes you and looks you in the eye, who actually listens and doesn't talk over you, and who truly cares about their patient is so scarce and hard to find. Dr Callahan is AMAZING. She was my pediatrician (when we moved to the area in middle school) up to college. Now she's my kids dr even tho we live further away. She follows up on sick kiddos after-hours& weekends. She's fantastic and I can't say enough about her.
