Never got off hold
Would love to make an appointment for family members with great insurance… was placed on hold and eventually hung -up. Please get yourself someone who answers the phone and can make appointments.

too busy
Had to wait over 3 hours past my scheduled time than she was back and forth as she was doing laser surgery on another patient Did not explain well why she wanted me to see a retina dr nor was she friendly I felt like I was a bother The ladies at the desk said O my thats the third patient she sent to the retina center today which gave me pause So I am getting another Dr to see what is really going on.

Dr Jones comes from a family of ophthalmologists. She knows her stuff when it comes to eyes! She is very understanding and explains, in detail, about her concerns and makes sure you understand what is going on with your eyes.
