Dr. Theresa Zesiewicz, MD

Suffered greatly and waited months to get to see her. Her rude PA spent 15 minutes with me, I got less than 5 with the doc. She did not wear a mask! (everyone else was required to) We were rushed through the appt and did not get to discuss ANY of my concerns. She did not listen, was unprofessional and uncaring. She was very insensitive and left the room after she brought me to tears. She had my records for months but did not review them before my appt. She sends me home for 30 days until she can "come up with ideas". I was crushed. No offer of help or answers. After 2 weeks she deemed me "too complex" for her. She promised to be my doc for 30 days until we can find a doc, less than a week later she sent me a "dear John" message, leaving me on my own. Sad for a doc to break a promise. I left several desperate messages on my chart that went unanswered. She also did not return phone calls. Thought she was a 25 year neurologist? This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had a doc.

The office staff suffers from a major disconnect. My husband had a telehealth appointment, which I confirmed with nurse Amanda the day before, and no office staff showed on the Team Meeting at the appointed time. I got a phone call on a landline, which is not where the computer is located, to say they had not heard from us, did we want to schedule! How incompetent. We waited 5 months for this appointment. STILL waiting for a return call from Dr. Zesiewicz's to explain what happened. Not happy.

Dr. Zesiewicz is the best neurologist ever. She is very knowledgeable and thorough, listens, is easy to talk to and doesn't rush you. Her team is also well organized. After having seen other neurologists who did not exemplify these qualities, I feel lucky to have found her.
