Disappointed to Be Dropped Without Notice
I was a patient for a number of years, and during the pandemic I was avoiding going out in public. I called to schedule an appointment, and was told that I had been dropped as a patient because it had been too long since my last visit. An email reminder about this would have been nice. The office has my email address, so it was just laziness I guess.

I just love Dr Thili, I have been a patient of hers for many years now , she will answer any questions you may have and will explain in ways you can understand. She will refer you if you need to see a specialist. She may run late some times but when you see her it is well worth the wait .

If I could give zero stars, I would! I scheduled my first, new patient appointment about 10 days out. I arrived early, filled out my paperwork and waited in the patient room for one hour and the Dr. was still no where in sight. When I asked the front desk staff how much longer I had to wait, I was informed that the Dr. wasn't even in the office and was not answering their calls so they had no clue when she'd arrive, if at all. Total waste of time and beyond thoughtless and selfish behavior!

Dr. Thili is a profound diagnostician who truly cares for each patient as if you were her only patient. I was new in town in 2014 and my family and I are so fortunate to have met her. If Dr. Thili is taking new patients, I highly recommend her for your various health concerns. Thanks Dr. Thili!!!
