I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Agesen and his staff. Dr. Agesen has the best bedside manner out of every doctor that I've ever seen, and Shannon and Katrina do such a great job of keeping the office running smoothly. They always make sure my appointments go well and my insurance authorizations are done in a timely manner. Overall, I highly recommend everyone to visit this office for all of your aches and pains!

I don't leave reviews very often, but I felt like I needed to let the world know how amazing a doctor that Dr. Agesen is. He has been treating my chronic back pain for years and he's the only one I feel like that I can trust with my health. I truly feel like he cares about my problems and actually wants to help me feel better. His staff is the perfect reflection of who he is as a person.

I've been coming to Dr. Agesen for years, he's the only doctor I trust with all my treatment needs. I had a procedure done last week and he followed up with me later that night and again the next day, just to make sure I was okay. He is by far the most compassionate doctor I've been to in a long time. The staff is also friendly and they always manage to squeeze me in last minute when I need to be seen right away.

I came to see Dr. Agesen for my chronic shoulder pain. His bedside manner was so refreshing. His recommendations were physical therapy and supplements rather than going right for injections, which was big thing for me during COVID.

Dr. Agesen and his entire office staff are just absolutely wonderful people! Never have I had such a great experience with a doctor's office as I have had with this one. Dr. Agesen is a very kind, gentle, and thorough doctor. He always takes the time to go over my treatment options and make sure I understand everything before I leave the office. I highly recommend his office to everyone!

Extremely disappointed in my experience with Dr. Agesen. I came to dr Agesen as a 25 year old in chronic back pain looking for some type of treatment recommendations or options to guide me in the right direction. After being evaluated by his student for the majority of the session, Dr Agesen enters the room to evaluate for less then ten minutes. He appears to be burnt out from his profession and seemed to lack clinical expertise as he only recommended I start taking fish oil, as he seemed absolutely clueless how to help me at all.He then told me he would check out my MRIs And then discuss possible options. Although, it is now 5 weeks later and 5 phone calls later to his office where I have heard no response from him. For someone who claims to be a specialist he lacks professionalism and clearly doesn’t care to truly help a patient solve their pain.

Dr. Agesen is a great doctor, very personable and attentitive to my needs. I felt very comfortable with him and confident in his medical expertise. The staff as well is amazing, they are all very personable and greet me by first name every time I walk in the door. I highly recommend NJRI to everyone!

I came to Dr.Ageson about 14 years ago with back problems in every disc from cervical to lumbar.This was exascerbated by a20 yr. old case of severe fibromyalgia. I hurt everywhere. With patience we were able to find the best and most minimal combination of medications to reduce stress and pain in my life.

came in to see doctor for joint pain. He's the first physician I've seen who discusses diet as a part of your healing plan. All doctors should do this!
