Dr. Thomas Ashdown, DPM

Drs. Tom & Diane Ashdown have been caring for my diabetic mother for a few years. They have always been professional, warm and genuinely concerned for her. The recommended products are high quality and extremely comfortable.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ashdown-he was kind and knowledgeable and was able to explain treatment to me in a way that I could understand. Front desk was friendly and considerate and I didn’t have to wait for my appointment, which is rare these days. Highly recommend!

Even though I moved out of town, I still travel back just to continue to be treated by Dr. A. He has treated me since I was a kid and has never steered me wrong. I have had custom orthotics from Advanced Podiatry for as long as I can remember and am lucky to have access to them at such a young age - they have helped me with a number of issues, as well as preventative care (helped with flat feet, back issues, gate issues, and have prevented bunions, which I'm most thankful for!). Corrective and preventive care is something I value...and the ability to wear cute shoes! I bought flip flops from AP for the summer that have built in orthotics to get me through the summer and bought cozy slippers from them for this winter. I also bought my MIL (who is diabetic) orthopedic shoes and, most recently, new light-weight boots for winter and she loves them!

Dr. Ashdown was exceptional with my son! After suffering for months and multiple visits to other doctors Dr. Ashdown had his foot better in weeks! He was the only one to actually see the break and the extra bone. We are so grateful for his compassion, kindness and compassion expertise!

Following an injury Dr. Ashdown has been involved in my care. He has been caring and compassionate. He started with conservative treatment which led to surgery. But, he kept me well informed of his expectations and what the next step would be. Always answered my questions. I would highly re6him if you need foot or ankle care!!

Do not recommend. I had the same procedure done as 3 other people who got it done at different places and no follow up was required of them. This place had me follow up 4 times and continuously proceeded to prevent my foot to heal so I had to come back...which i shortly realized it was for money. I asked the doctor several times to not do what he had been doing at the previous appointments because I did not believe in what he was doing and he proceeded to grab my foot and continue what he wanted. Every time I had an appointment they tried to push me into buying something from them. The only nice thing at this place was the receptionist.
