Ghost Doctor
Ghost doctor. After surgery I cannot reach this doctor and the location where I had a pre-op exam has no idea who he is. His "office" never returned my calls and the next business day after surgery I get a text saying that I have a bill to pay. The URL they gave me in the text to pay the bill is from the country code Singapore. What?

Dr. Cataldo was excellent. He explained things thoroughly and put me right at ease. I didn’t feel rushed and could ask my many questions. He gave me helpful remedies and never suggested unnecessary surgery. It was quite the opposite, I appreciate a conservative approach to healthcare. An appointment I dreaded and procrastinated on for years turned out to be very positive because of Dr. Cataldo.

I had surgery on Sep 7th 2018 at BID-Needham. I recovered very fast without any side effects. I was very worried about reoccurring symptoms but still so far, I am very fine and work normally, increased quality of life. Surgery went really fast and my pain management after surgery was really minimal and I barely had no pain after 1 week. The enviroment in Thank you so much.

About a year ago Dr Cataldo treated me with a fistula that I was suffering with for the past 2 years and being treated by another doctor who performed 5 surgeries with no success. So I finally decided to find another doctor when I found Dr Cataldo. With just one surgery he removed the fistula and thanks to him I've been fistula free forma year now. I can't thank him enough for that. He and his staff specially his nurse were very friendly and always made me comfortable on awkward moments.

Excellent surgeon...nice guy. Tends to blurt stuff awkwardly. Things that can be pretty upsetting and unnecessary. Lost his edit button or maybe never had one. But hey..he loves to operate and is REALLY good at it. So he gets a pass on this. Also, the preop bathroom was very dirty and unstocked...with no tp or even any paper towels.

Dr. Cataldo took wonderful care of my daughter. He was cheerful, friendly and answered all of our questions. When you are in a teaching hospital you expect med students, residents and fellows to be part of the team.
