Zero star review
Dr Cook performed two unsuccessful surgeries on my son, removing a cyst. After calling his office numerous times, going to his office on multiple occasions trying to discuss with Dr Cook regarding the second failed surgery, with NO PHONE CALL IN RETURN, and refusing to see me. We thankfully chose to use a different surgeon for the THIRD surgery. So angry that my son is now in recovery of his third surgery, in severe pain, when this all could have been prevented. We are so disappointed with the unprofessional character of Dr Cook. Do not recommend!
