Pain pump patient. They won’t order the proper needles from company but DIY their own refill kit. Very scary. Avoid!

This place is awful
Do yourself a favor and read all the negative reviews they tell it all and they are all correct. Save yourself frustration, time, and money go elsewhere.

Dr. Coury is extremely pleasant and professional as is Dr. Rabe. The practice sees a lot of patients, and I wish it was possible to schedule longer visits to discuss complex problems. I have frequently had to take an active role in driving my own care and diagnosis, but Dr. Coury is very willing to give his opinion on next steps when I ask, and then move forward when it makes sense. I have frequently had to double-check to make sure that approvals get submitted in a timely fashion.

Dr. Coury has unfortunately been my back doctor for over a year now, he is one of the most arrogant, rude, doctors I have ever come across. He has absolutely the worst bed side manner, and lord forbid if you have questions! Luckily I take my husband to every appointment now and he cannot believe the arrogance of this doctor and he'll remind you that he's the doctor and your basically nothing is how he'll make you feel after telling you to shut up he's talking now! Yes that's how he treats you... reminds me of an entitled only child type attitude. He could care less about his patients, he's all about pleasing workmans comp. And getting that $ People that hold themselves this high above others eventually fall, karma sucks, compassion should be tought in medical school!!

Dr. Coury is a workers comp doctor. He is only concerned about getting you back to work despite your injuries or pain. He had me video taped getting in and out of my car. Walking my dog and then abandoned care. Would not do the test that was authorized. Please think twice before going to him. He is a terrible doctor.

Desert Sky Medicine is ripping patients off! They require you to come in for multiple consultations and follow-ups after any procedure (epidural, trigger point). In almost any other pain medication practice, most follow-ups for ESIs are done via phone, unless there are complications. Ok...if that is there policy, fine; but I have seen the MD 3 times and there is NO way that she needs a separate consult for a simple second trigger point! They want your ins payment and $40 co-pay... disgusting. It is difficult for me to travel there. My husband has to take off work. It is sad that they will not work with their patients. They add these extra appointments with the excuse that it is part of their ‘scientific method’. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! All I wanted was to consolidate the follow-up for an ESI with a simple trigger point as well...but they won’t do it, so, bye! They are losing about 2-5k from me. Look elsewhere for a pain management physician.

This place is horrendous. The staff are rude and less than worthless. Coury is an incompetent idiot that has little to no concern for his patients wellbeing. If his useless injections dont work then prepare to be kicked out and accused of using heroine, yet no independant secondary confirmatory testing will be performed on the sample.

After 6 phone calls, talking to different people in the office, no one could figure out how to do the MRI request for my knee and foot correctly. Over 2 months this has been going on and not once did Dr. Coury or any office staff contact me to see how I was doing OR to inform me of the status. Every time I called, the seemed confused and acted as if they forgot to resubmit the MRI request. I have never been treated this way by a doctor before.

BOTH COURY, Dr. and his cohort SCHULTZ, NP. Are SADISTIC AUTHORITARIANS. NEITHER HAS ANY PERCEPTION, UNDERSTANDING, or COMPASSION to DEAL WITH THIS PATIENT of ALMOST 1 YEAR. I AM NOW FORTUNATE TO HAVE FOUND A Dr. THAT IMMEDIATELY COULD SEE THE NEED FOR PROPER TREATMENT. And IT’s ELSEWHERE??

Calls to his office are null and void. Woe be it you need to speak to a real person. Plus, he left his patients in Safford high and dry without even a letter saying he was closing his Safford office or without care or referral to another doctor.

Wonderful help, very knowledgeable. Able to identify what was wrong right away. I went in for a single issue and it was solved. My mother however is a long time patient and is doing better now than I ever saw her during my life before being treated by dr coury.

Been going to this office for almost four years for multiple issues. Dr. Court has done various procedures and then my other appt are with Stacy Long. She is excellent, listens to you, answers questions, and you aren't rushed. The front office needs to improve -- especially with answering the phone.

New office, staff and (so far) results good-to-very good. Dr.Coury did not introduce himself, was talking nonstop to a Male visitor about the cost of some machine or process and Thanksgiving dinner. Visitor had NO right to be room during procedure....cuts doc's focus and attention and is not correct when I'm partially disrobed. THEN, I get home to an email to me about my "low back pain" treatment. NOT what I was in there for!

Went in to see Dr Coury for back pain after trying other methods treatment. I was able to get in quickly & Dr Coury educated me on possible causes & ways we could treat the pain. After a few different treatments, I am happy to say that my pain doesn't control my life anymore & I am able to actual enjoy time with my family!
