Dr. Thomas Craig, MD

Dr. Craig was precise and experienced, explained things very clearly to me and took great care of my son. I took my son (6-years old) in for ear pain to Baycare Urgent Care this morning, it was painful since early am around 2am in the morning, we were the first patient, Dr. Craig promptly saw my son and diagnosed with pre ear infection conditions and recommended two over-the-counter medicines that worked great, also prescribed an antibiotic in case the condition worsens and my son develops a fever.

there was a half star. Seriously, this man is a physician? He's very rude, condescending, pompous, egotistical, uncaring and apparently bothered by the fact that he has to see sick people with their problems. This is the way my visit went. I was tested for covid and flu, both negative. Dr came in, stated so and that it's a virus. I asked if there was something he could give he asked what I wanted him to do as he was about to leave. Would be helpful to be able to breath. After much very rude, hateful conversation, he grudgingly gave some steroids and antibiotics before he left in a huff. He was totally rude throughout the visit. Problems coming back after meds are now gone. Will likely need another visit if doesn't get better but will not be with Dr Thomas Craig of Baycare.
