Dr Flanagan was my primary physician for over 40 years. (He recently retired.) He was always direct and to the point. Took the time to listen to my health complaints and would prescribe whatever medicine or treatment was necessary. Sad to see him retire but hope he has an enjoyable retirement.

Literally the rudest doctor I have EVER spoken to. My wife said the same, and she works in the medical field. He is not my doctor, but was the doctor on call yesterday and today while i was on vacation and having breathing problems. I won't get into the long situation, but when he told me if I was having trouble breathing to go to the ER and get a breathing treatment. I wanted to be sure, cuz I have an HMO and need the doctor's permission for ER visits like that. He was already pretty rude, but he now started berating me and asking me questions and then talking over me when I tried to answer him. He then said, "Great, we're on the same page, goodbye." Could not have been a bigger jerk. Maybe it's time for someone to retire...

Dr. Flanagan has no compassion, ethics or integrity to be a healthcare provider. During an office visit he blew off complaints, eye rolled and was of no help at all. He undermined the symptoms my family member was feeling and made us feel as if we weren't worthy of a doctors office visit. He really should assess why he is a physician because he clearly has no desire to care for others. I highly recommend retirement.

Dr. Flanagan is condescending and extremely rude. He doesn't read your chart thoroughly and he ignored evidence of a blood clot in my leg on one occasion. During that appointment he berated me for not changing into a gown when the nurse had not provided one for me to change into. He then gave me a gown, left the office for a short time, and proceeded to burst back into the office without knocking. My unclothed body was exposed to at least three surprised members of the office staff.
