I came to Dr Gilberts on the recommendation of my Neurologist. My prior PCP would spend NO more than minutes per visit. That isn't the kind of care I've been used to. Dr. Gilberts spends as much time as necessary w/me & I can schedule a longer than 15-20 min appointment w/him in order to make our time more productive. This is the kind of care I've been used to & loving it!

Wonderful doctor!
I’m an old lady, so I’ve had experience with many medical providers, and I have never met a more excellent physician than Dr. Gilberts. He manages to combine expert knowledge with the ability to analyze and diagnose patient complaints, but what really puts him above his colleagues is his talent for making patients feel that they not only have a good doctor, but a good friend that can be trusted. I feel very lucky.

Ignorant. Forgot to order lab test. Missed my appt time by over an hour with no other patients waiting. Attempted to keep me from leaving after I got angry with him.

Dr. Gilberts is a terrible doctor! I was a patient at a clinic he had for cosmetic procedures and I was burned terribly on my face in 2015! He admitted it was a mistake and offered me other procedures in lieu of what I had already paid for. Then he ignored all of my calls to schedule an appointment! He cheated me out of over a thousand dollars. Do not trust this person!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gilberts for more than 10 years. Anybody looking to have a new PCP would be very happy with his ability to diagnose the problem at hand, set a course of action and follow up with changes as needed. I know that it was his forward thinking and treatments that continue to make my medical needs and goals attainable. The quality’s Dr. Gilberts possess are many, but his ability to listen and make you feel like someone cares is second to none.

Dr. Gilberts has been my hero since 2002. He's old school like his doctor father; listens, looks you in the eye, works from a place of mutual trust. He doesn't hold a laptop during the entire visit. While other doctors accused me of hysteria, Gilberts wasn't afraid to order tests. Diagnosis: Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, etc. Prognosis: RA is in remission. This Dr saved my life. Great practice location, too. Best Dr I've ever seen, and I've seen more than I can count.

I made one of my biggest mistakes switching from dr large to dr gilberts...after seeing dr gilberts the couple time i did, he made every doctor i've ever seen seem great...he has a way of making u feel out of place and he comes across he just cant stand listening to u...he dont even look u in the eyes...i was also called by his secretary & told i had a tumor in my lung, i picked up my medical records same day and there was alot more going on after i demanded an mri be done after being diagnosed

I found out I have breast cancer from a phone call by a PHYSICIAN'S ASSISTANT who was doing a practicum or rotation or whatever you call it in Dr. Gilberts office. He could not be bothered by calling me HIMSELF to talk about the diagnosis or next steps. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Gilberts left a message for me the next day to call him, and I did but I never heard from him again. I am leaving this PCP and going to a female MD.

he does not care what your pain issues are. all hes concerned about is taking you off any kind of pain medication you have. he treats you like you are a pill seeker when you have actual pain on a daily basis from multiple accidents. after having a wonderful doctor who retired and knew you, this doctor doesnt even read what all the issues are that are causing your pain. he just says, they are really watching us..
