I have many endocrine issues. At my 1st visit to Dr. Gilles I'd had many issues. I told him about the mass of problems I was having so he'd get a good idea of who/what he had to work with. He asked many questions, expected on a 1st-time visit. Patient learns about the doctor/the doctor learns about the patient. My first impression was positive; he realized that I had my share of specialists, so when he said, "What I can do for you is..." I honestly felt I was in good hands, ref. to staff, also!
