DO NOT SEE THIS HORRIBLE DOCTOR!!!!
I had one consultation with Dr. Goforth to get examined. I told him about my preexisting asthma condition and he renewed my rescue inhaler. He did not prescribe any preventative medications. When I went through my rescue inhaler too quickly (allergies), he refused to give me an emergency refill until after he saw me for an appointment. He advised me to go to Urgent Care. Any reasonable doctor would have given my a temporary refill, made a follow up appointment, and get me on the right treatment. Instead, I spent 48 hours short of breath, had to call out of work to see a physician, spent six hours of my day getting an inhaler! An inhaler!!! This makes no medical sense unless the good doctor just wanted to profit from another appointment.

Do not see him.
He is very pretentious and such a mean person. Like he thinks he is better than you. Was very dismissive of my concerns and confrontational.

He was so dismissive and argumentative. My longtime family dog recently passed and I tried telling him about it. How I’ve been having trouble sleeping and staying asleep since then. He dismissed that and went straight to an argument that the reason I’m not sleeping is because of my unhealthy habits and that we need to have a real “adult” conversation like he was my father or something. He made me feel so stupid and small and was cold and condescending. I DO NOT recommend seeing him.

Rude, extremely hostile towards patients, provides no valuable resources for patients. He wasted 18 years being a Doctor, and I can only imagine the patients who's time he wasted.
