My husband and I had the best experience in Dr. Harper’s office. Dr. Harper and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was the most effective and efficient doctors visit we ever had. Dr. Harper did a thorough examination, he explained things in details, and listened to our concern intently. He was on time, compassionate, empathetic, and easy to talk. We felt welcome and cared for. His expertise, medical knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to his patients’ health are remarkable. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist.

Lack of appreciation to the time of patient appoin
It is with regret that I will no longer choose Dr. Harper's practice for my eye care. Every time an appointment is scheduled, Dr. Harper's office is backed up with patients and the last visit I waited over 2 1/2 hours before I just gave up and left the facility without seeing the Doctor. My time is as valuable as Dr. Harpers. If this had been a one time event I could tolerate but it gets worse each time I visit. I hope his office does not try to bill medicare for my visit as I will ensure they don't pay. Hopefully they will get their act together some day and not treat their patients with such a lack of consideration.

I really like Dr Harper. He really seems to care. I had a retinal bleed two days ago. Saw my regular ophthalmologist yesterday and his office got me in to see Dr Harper today. I had to wait a while to be worked in, but that was a small price to be paid for getting in right away. I’ve been seeing him for issues with the other eye for a few months. He’s always been encouraging and reassuring.

I have wet macular degenaration. I was told I am showing signs of dry degenaration developing in the other eye by another opthalmologist who referred me to Harper. I waited in a hallway with about 8 or 9 other people. Was called back and his highness walked into the doorway and leaned against the door. He said "you have wet macular degenaration in one eye and dry in the other. But you already know that. Keep taking your vitamins and I will see you in a month." At that point, he turned, left the room and I never saw him again. What can you say? Actually nothing, you don't have time and I don't take vitamins.
