Instead of doing the job he's hired to do. He let's his personal judgements of people get in the way or he lacks the experience and knowledge to preforme proper procedures. He lied and let my perforated septum which could of been fixed first time I came in get so bad that gonna have to have a surgery never should of had to if he would of done his job instead of judging. Said I would have to live like this for rest of my life. Seen another doctor out of there little group can be fixed he lied.

I had a problem with constant drooling. I first saw a NP, who started me out on medication that would decrease saliva production. She said if that did not work, they would progress to “B”injections to boost the cheek muscles. The next visit was with this doctor. It was obvious didn’t review the case beforehand because I had to repeat my condition several times. He did not agree with the treatment regiment nor did he think that me constantly drooling was a problem. After I was insistent, he reluctantly re-prescribed the medication prescribed by the NP. Only he didn’t send it through, and I had to call the practice to follow up. Then, he only refilled it once. Given my experience with the doctor, I tried to reach out to the NP I originally saw. The person I spoke with over the phone didn’t know what I was talking about and asked me to repeat my story several times. She then told me the NP quit. It was clear this place was a hot mess. I went to another doctor.

I have been to see Dr. Herendeen for several visits with the same complaint. He doesn't listen, cuts you off, and rushes out the door. Terrible bedside manner and clearly doesn't care about his patients. Get them in and get them out. I will not be returning as I have put enough money in this man's pocket and have gotten absolutely nothing out of it. I will be seeing my family physican again for a referal to a doctor who actually cares and wants to help.

I normally don't do reviews but since the office continues to ask for it, here ya go. He acted as if he had no time to address my concerns or questions this day. In & out within seconds it felt like. I had to go to yet another doctor, AFTER WAITING MONTHS TO BE SEEN HERE, for my issue to be taken care of. I kept telling him, along with 2 others (nurse & then whoever does hearing test) how much pain I was in, my ear would drip pus, etc & was told it was tmj. What I was describing aren't symptoms of tmj. After getting in elsewhere, being prescribed eardrops & an oral medication, I am now back to normal. Very sad how places like this treat certain individuals.

Rude and total waste of an appointment and time. Same doctor that joked when my child was sick saying "atleast he doesn't have ebola" will never see him again.

I’m having surgery 1 6 2021 in a couple hrs hoping n praying everything goes well feeling very nervous can’t sleep that’s also normal every time I go to surgery... ... my office visit with him went very well I really felt that he will be able to help me . to me he appears to be a very Smart intelligent man that’s why I agreed to let him do my surgery ...... My last surgery was a woman eight years ago she terrified me hope and praying he’s a awesome ear nose throat , never wanna go through what I went through with her . I Will be letting everybody know exactly how I feel about my surgery 1 8 2021 saying my prayers !!!!!!

He had been my Dr for over 18 or 19 years. He has always been very patient, always listens and pays attention. He also took very good care of my son.

Dr. Herendeen was highly recommended to me for my high risk melanoma removal surgery around my temple. He performed a very aggressive surgery leaving me virtually scar free. I also appreciated the time he spent with me during our follow-up appointments; I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions in a professional but friendly manner. His staff was exceptional also. I will always be grateful to him.

Too long of a wait. Even in the early morning. How can he be so far behind in the morning.

Dr. Herendeen does not do what he says he is going to do in his surgery. He said he would do a skin Transplant, but I came out scalped. I don't trust him.

If you're looking for someone who is rude, condescending, and has the bedside manner of a disgruntled frat boy, this is your guy! As for me, I will be steering clear.

He was rough with my injury every visit. He was not informative. Acted as if I wasn't even in the room. He is in, then out. No communication. He leaves no time for questions or answers. Worst experience I've ever had.

I had fallen and pushed the left side of my nose over to the right side.. I was unable to breath well and my nose was now shaped like an S. I cried each time I looked into a mirror. Dr H said he could help my breathing but could make no promises regarding the appearance of my nose but would try to improve it as much as he could. Not only did he fix my breathing he fixed my nose to better than it was prior to my fall. I have already recommended Dr Herendeen to 4 others. HE IS THE BEST!!!!

He didn't even know anything about his patient before he suggested she needed surgery! He talked as if his patient wasn't even there!
