I just waited for over 50 minutes in the treatment room. I was roomed by a nurse and then not seen by anyone. Nobody came in to tell me a status or even recognize the long wait. Time to pick a new PCP practice. Horrible!!!!

I have been going to Tom for a number of years since relocating from Long Island. His "bedside manner" is excellent and he is an amazing doctor thorough and extremely professional. He is the type of doctor that everyone should have.

I had been a patient of Dalton Medical for 20+ years, and they had been fine for most of that time. Dr Vaughan was terrific, and my experience with Dr. Irwin was equally satisfactory. Unfortunately, their front office and the management of the practice is just horrible. Poor attitudes, unorganized record keeping (someone else’s records were sent to a specialist accidentally), and zero responsiveness to issues. I’d recommend Dr. Irwin, but I couldn’t tolerate the unprofessional office.

I found Dr. Irwin to be attentive, competent, and friendly. Unfortunately his assistant, Michelle, is the opposite. If you need a doctor that can be reached by phone, like I do, than this is not the one for you. Michelle is unprofessional, condescending and rude, and will not let you speak to the Dr. by phone. I am switching providers.

I met Dr. Irwin after my previous Primary Care doc took a position out of town. In my initial visit, he took time to discuss my medical history, asked relevant questions and got to know me in a way that my previous doc had never done. He addressed my three main issues (high A1C, asthma and ED) in a comprehensive way. Many of his comments and questions reflected his attention to me as an individual, rather than simply being checklist questions. I would recommend him based on my initial visit.

Very professional, well educated and knowledgeable Dr. One of those whom will take his time to explain, not just prescribe you a "magic pill". Suggesting him for sure to all my friends. Recently he moved so I am following, even if I am not big on traveling for the right care will travel.

I do not recommend Dr. Irwin at all unless you have already had a doctor-patient relationship. I went in for a specific problem and normally see another doctor. He was rude and intrusive. I was asked questions about my medical history that were irrelevant to the medical problem at hand and frankly none of his business. He was also extremely insensitive to other irrelevant issues that many people may be sensitive to. Finally, he needs to work on his social skills. I will never go to see him again

I find Dr. Irwin to be extremely thorough and he takes time to give through explanations for his findings and recommendations. He has been very proactive and I am quite satisfied with the healthcare he provides.
