When trying to make an appointment with this medical group I was confronted by Lorianne who just wanted to get off the phone. She claimed to leave me messages, but I never got any! She was extremely rude. If you don’t like dealing with patients or answering phones, perhaps this is not the job for you!! Do something else where rudeness is encouraged.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. Dr. Kilkenny was quick to diagnose my problem, great in explaining the problem and I found him compassionate and caring.

Prescribed CPAP. Still horrible sleep problems, and always tired. Have heard similar experience from others. Seems to be CPAP and Sleep Apnea is a cash cow for Dr Kilkenny, and many other doctors, these days. Sleep disturbance shown on their test may be classified as Sleep Apnea, but is not the real underlying problem. Almost anyone that is overweight, which is most of our society, can be diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. Why don't the doctors prescribe losing weight, nutrition counciling, healthie

He is a rude, arrogant, disrespectful, doctor, whose ego FAR exceeds his skill level. Despite running many expensive tests, Dr. Kilkenny was unable to figure out my problem. Then, after months of tests and still no answers, I finally got sick of his incompetence, and condescending self-righteous attitude and I went to a different doctor. Thankfully the new doctor, who was very professional, respectful and courteous, was able to immediately diagnose and resolve my problem.

Do not waste your time or money. The way I was spoken to and accused of behavior issues that did not exist was disgusting. I was also lied to about the number of tests I needed and dragged his feet to get them done. Never again!

Terrible 1st visit. refused to review lung ct scans from another doctor. i moved back to Staten island and needed a pulmonologist. would not return a phone call the next day. terrible ethics. and still never called back 4 days later. i had 4 nodules that were found in February and march. i also had another current ct scan that showed possible growth and he sent me back to the last doctor leaving me in a panic state instead of just reading the reports. all the info was there. terrible doctor!!!!

I have always found Dr Kilkenny to be ,very attentive, and comforting. I always feel better when I leave his office then I did when I had entered. He sits and listens ,let's you voice your concerns and theories. Gives his point of view and experiences and comes up with a game plan. He is among my favorite Doctors.

The visit began with an unnecessary medical test. He was rude & unhelpful. He insisted that I had only one treatment option, when I know that others exist. I wonder when last he cracked open a medical journal. I will never use this doctor again.
