Dr. Thomas Kraus, DO

I hear of my friends who get epidurals from other places with no relief. I have always gotten relief with Dr Kraus. His team is friendly and helpful. He has been my pain doctor for nearly 20 years. I highly recommend him and Tennessee valley pain clinic, but especially Dr Kraus.

Yesterday Dr. Kraus performed a Medial Spinal Block on my lower back in a very professional manner. The support staff were fantastic and Dr. Kraus was as well. It is too soon to know if the procedure will be effective but I am hopeful it will last. The Spine and Neuro Center and the TV Pain Management Center are excellent providers.

I started to see Dr. Kraus after another pain clinic in TN nearly killed me in 2022! The first thing Dr, Kraus said to me after reviewing my medical history and background was 'Mike, you are safe now.' I never felt such relief in my life as when he said that to me and my wife. He started my treatment from the begining and didn't just pick up where other Doctor left off. It was starting all over again from the bottom up but that was safe! My pain is controlled now with a PAin pump installed in my side. I only go ever three months to get it refilled and adjusted if needed. Joint pain is worse in the winter than the summer so we adjust accordingly. Dr, Kraus's, Nurse Practicener, Barbara, is wonderful and I enjoy talking with her. She is a God send just like Dr. Kraus!

Dr Kraus, and the nurses were all wonderful, caring and engaging, so I felt really at ease going into the procedure. They were extremely helpful getting me to the vehicle too.The people in the office up front were extremely helpful too. Everyone seemed caring and empathetic to my needs.

Dr. Kraus and my NP, Lori, go above and beyond expectations every time. They listen, I never feel rushed through appointments, they are compassionate and they are honest. I get significant pain relief from my procedures and the nurses, technicians and support staff on procedure days are so kind and respectful. I have been with Tennessee Valley Pain Consultants for over 10 years and because of the care I receive from Dr. Kraus and his staff I can enjoy my life.

No good doctor. He has lousy bedside manners. I am worse than when I went to see him. I went to see him for back pain and he kept doing more and more injections. They made me worse. Kept pushing narocotics at me even though I told him I did not want them.
