The more times you see Dr. Kuich the more uncomfortable he'll make you. I don't really remember if he helped me or not. I never really made a trusted connection which didn't really help me to move forward with him. He often ran late, and even though I always checked in 15-30 minutes at his office he TWICE in a row left for the day while I was waiting in the waiting room. The office staff and the office manager apologized all over themselves, but Dr. Kuich never said a word to me about it. I was immediately moved to another, more interested Physician in the same office. I have NO IDEA how 417 Magazine continues to rate him as the top Psychiatrist in Springfield. If you have a choice between Dr. Kuich and either a bartender or a barber/hair stylist, you really ought to consider the others rather than Dr. Kuich.

Very Disappointed With Dr. Kuich – Jan 30, 2020
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Kuich?
I was so shocked after all the positive reviews about this doctor that he was very indifferent to me, rarely made eye contact and was completely not there. This was my first visit and I had high hopes of getting some help finally. He hardly said a word, comment or response to me. He seemed bored and disconnected I left feeling worse than I had when I came in. I'm lost and hopeless why does no one care

Dr is nice and understanding but when it comes to refills and prior authorization it takes a couple of weeks. Plan on being out of your medicine for a little while. The nurse wont call back.

Dr. Kuich has been excellent to work with. I came in with a variety of questions, explained my problems, and although he is busy, he was very attentive and helped guide me to a diagnosis that made sense. He was not pushy or adamant about pushing certain meds or treatments, but rather helped me understand what was going on, so that we could make an informed plan of care. Since then, I've been doing much better. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Kuich for quite a few years (aprox 7years). He's a very kind & understanding doctor. I have no complaints about him but since the late summer of 2015 my refill requests for Suboxone have been late--from a week to several days. The withdrawals from the RX have caused me to miss work feeling ill. So that's every other month I have to go through that. I feel there is negligence in their communication system. No Suboxone patient should have to suffer withdrawals in treatment.
