The best doctor I ever had
I was his patient when he was in Philadelphia. I wish there were more doctors like him that take the time to listen to you. He was extremely caring and you can tell he is very genuine. Best of luck in Florida Dr. Lubin, you are missed in Philadelphia.

I went to see the first time Dr. Lubin. I had no issue with scheduling the appointment, unfortunately I had to wait 3 months for it.I had great experience with the lades by the front desk. And also, with Dr Lubin. Thank you, all of your hard work!

I needed a prescription renewed. My pharmacy called once, I called four days in a row and left messages indicating it was urgent. Nobody bothered to reply, someone called 8 days later, when it was too late already because I was leaving on a trip and had no time to pick up. Needles to say, I am canceling Dr. Lubin and finding a doctor that has help and can reply messages the same day, no over a week late.

Good dr, terrible staff
Tried twice to make a sick appointment for the same day. Office staff told me the next available appointment is in 8 days. Then I was told they don’t squeeze people in, this isn’t an urgent care. I went to see Dr. Lubin for my annual well visit. Be warned they will charge you for an office visit but they won’t tell you this. They’ll just send you a bill. Dr. Lubin was great. Very thorough, it’s a shame his office staff is terrible. I won’t be back.

It's my own fault that I haven't switched Dr.s, this office is terrible! I've called 4 times for about 3 wks to get a prescription renewal and no one has called me back. I plan on taking this further. I am a home care nurse and have to call many Dr offices during the day and 100% do not have the same problems with my own Drs office. It's ashame his office is making him look so bad.
