GOD COMPLEX-Avoid if you want a dr who will actually listen to you. Dr Martinelli did not listen to me, did not allow me to state my symptoms, did not permit me to correct his self-reflective assumptions and essentially treated without regard to my physical perceptions. He started out by suggesting symptoms I might have associated w the generalized reason I called (on TELEDOC) without allowing me the chance to introduce my symptoms, he ran down his self- serving talking points and refused to allow my interaction. He threatened to hang up in me if I didn’t let him keep talking, as I needed to interrupt after he was going on about symptoms I didn’t have . His SOLE intention was to NOT prescribe antibiotics, REGARDLESS of my personal situation. In my 50’s I know my own body and I know I needed antibiotics. Since he denied any medication, I have continued to get worse w the infection spreading from sinus to lung and being inconsolable by any OTC.
