"Dr." McMahon's practice felt like joke to me. The man did not appear to listen to my issues at all. I felt as though he were only waiting for me to finish speaking so that he could prescribe the approved procedures by the insurance company. In fact I know this to be true as he told me himself. Being at the complete mercy of such a faceless industry and attempting to fit every patient into a "one pill fits all" approach left me feeling a complete lack of agency within his "care".

Both my husband and I are patients. Both of us have gone through several procedures, visits, etc. I saw the negative review from someone who had trouble with the front office. I haven't had that kind of experience. More importantly, the nurses and the doctor are kind, courteous, calm, and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. Dr. McMahon is careful, thorough, and listens and examines carefully. I would not hesitate to recommend him to someone who was looking for a gastroenterologist.

Was very uncomfortable scheduling a procedure with Dr McMahon because his staff is incredibly arrogant and rude. Tried to make an appointment by calling. Called NINE times. No-one ever answers phone - always voicemail. When I finally spoke to someone I was shocked by the attitude of two staff members (secretary and nurse) in attempt to schedule procedure. Asked to speak to the doctor, was told he would call me back. That was two weeks ago. Spare yourself!
