Best doctor ever--after another doctor failed to properly diagnose he was able to achieve a full recovery. I have never encountered a more thoughtful, skilled physician.

I took my mom to see Dr. McNally after her pain had been dismissed by other physicians. He took the time to really listen to her and do a thorough assessment. He put together a treatment plan that had her regaining full mobility and ultimately pain free. I am very thankful for the care he and his team provided.

Dr. McNally is very attentive, calm and patient. His Friendly Disposition makes Patients feel comfortable to talk to him. He is extremely knowledgeable + able to assess a Patient's specific needs + finds solutions very quickly. He fully answers all Questions. Sensitive to a Patient's Needs + Concerns. He will go the Extra Mile for you.

Dr McNally spent a great deal of time considering all options for my ongoing back and leg pain issues. I could not continue to live as I was and we had to try something else and surgery was what was left; all that was left. HE did his best but his assisting surgeon made some bad mistakes and my surgery went unfinished and ultimately did not heal. One major concern I had, after reading many scholarly articles on the subject, was the likelihood of vertebrae above and/or below the fusion to fail. Dr McNally absolutely and emphatically opposed the opinion in those articles. Well, 2 1/2 years later I was back in surgery for the vertebrae above the previous fusion - it was a mess. The fusion previously performed did not heal causing my vertebrae to slip out of place; rods had to be put in to stabilize it. It is critical that you seriously consider the potential risks - YOU can be one of the few that runs into issues. Surgeon’s talent or risk is the question.

Dr Thomas McNalley is very professional and thoughtful of my medical care upon the first visit. His bedside manner is very refreshing. I did not know that Dr Thomas McNally was a brilliant surgeon until my body responded immediately after surgery with positive results. My CLAVICLE spine was a hellish nightmare. He's also very modest and kind. If anyone needs a great orthopedic surgeon look no further. Dr. Thomas is the best orthopedic surgeon God has ever created. You body will thank you for your decision to have the very best.

Dr. McNally is worth the trip to Weiss hospital. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends, without any hesitation, as he is the only surgeon I would trust with my spine. His staff are very competent and friendly!!

Dr. McNally is now at Weiss Hospital, in the Chicago Spine Center! He is an excellent surgeon with awesome staff!

Dr McNally left Suburban Ortho and is now at Weiss- Chicago Center for Orthpedics. HE DID NO RETIRE. He’s the best for lumbar issues around!!

Our visit was a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. As a physician I was impressed with Dr. McNally's attention for detail and his expertise in his specialty. He also broke down his prognosis into digestable bites so that his patient, my 15 year old daughter, could easily understand. Appreciate everything he did for us.

Amazing doctor!! Truly cares about his patients, and probably one of the most skilled spine surgeons in the world!

He asked ME which surgery I wanted to do rather than making a recommendation. It's impossible to book appointments less than a month out and enjoy waiting 45 minutes to see him for two minutes. Thankfully I found a better doctor and now I'm pain free.

Outstanding Doctor! Quality care from the entire staff. I've read reviews saying patients had long wait times but I can tell you this. If you are waiting it is because he is spending time with his patients. When he gets to you he will give you the same consideration.
