A Doctor You Can Trust.
Dr Neef really is a good doctor. He is very knowledgeable & stays up to date on his medical knowledge concerning the latest advancements in medicine. He is very kind, thoughtful, patient, and respectful. If there is something that is beyond his scope of medicine, he tells you, he admits it, and he doesn't try to treat what he cannot. Instead, he will refer you to someone who he knows can effectively and properly treat whatever it is, and you can feel confident in knowing he will refer you to someone who will also provide you with the best of care. In short, I would highly recommend Dr Thomas Neef for the whole family "young and old".

the doctor is nice, but he has the worst billing system in the world which keeps billing for services that insurance paid. The billing service has a website that does not exist and refers to CHAMPUS which has not existed for many years, having been replaced by a program called TriCare.

I met with Dr. Neef for the first time on November 4th. My former PCP had retired and I was given Dr. Neef's name as a replacement Doctor. Well, I was treated with great respect by his office staff. Everyone was very professional and welcomed me to their Office...Dr. Neef was wonderful, he even got me a drink of water...He spent ample time with me, going over my medical history, raising many questions and concerns...I was very pleased with my first Doctor's visit. Many thanks to Connie, Maggie, and Jerry....His office staff. I felt Dr. Neef was very easy to talk with, and he listened to all my concerns. I hope this will be my Primary Care Physician, going forward.

His scheduling is individualized and you never have to wait more than a few minutes. He actually listens to you and does not rush you but gives you all the time you need to talk and be examined. He is very thorough.
