Outstanding Doctor
Dr. Pilkington is very thorough, explains the condition, and does not rush a person else of the office. In fact, Yesterdays appointment was delayed because he had emergency surgery, but he apparently kept the office staff informed of how long he would be before he could see us. We waited for his return, and he was very very apologetic and thanked us for waiting. He is well worth the wait in my mind.

Excellent doctor. Impressive credentials but more importantly, he takes the time to get things right, he listens, he explains everything in great detail to the benefit of the patient. I had surgery done by him with better recovery time than what other ENTs had told me. I would highly recommend Dr Pilkington

I've been seeing Dr. Pilkington for about 6 years now. He's performed all my ENT surgeries: uvulectomy, tonsillectomy, and septoplasty. All three went perfectly and there were no complications. He's also great about listening to your concerns. He doesn't rush you, and he truly cares about the issues that you are facing. I 100% recommend him to anyone!

Today I met Dr. Pilkington for the first time. Very friendly and organized front desk staff. I was seen right on time. Dr. Pilkington was very polite, friendly & professional. He listened to me carefully. Examined my sinuses, throat, and hearing thoroughly. For my hearing concern he referred me to an Audiologist in his office. She also was very friendly, polite & professional. Then I met him again. He answered all of my questions without being rushed. Highly Highly recommend him.

Dr. Pilkington has been following me for the last year for both a fall on my face and an ear tube placement gone very wrong. His care, intelligence, time, and professional knowledge are exceptional.

I am a horrible patient. He is the most patient of doctors. Nicest man on the planet. I did not have a terribly complicated diagnosis and I don't need any follow-up care. If I ever do need an ENT again, I'll be on his doorstep!

Dr. Pilkington is absolutely amazing! He was the only ENT who made my pain go away! I had recurring sinus/face pain for over 4 years; I saw 3 OTHER ENTS who diagnosed as sinus infection/inflammation. They kept prescribing me sprays and antibiotics. I finally found Dr. Pilkington who said, I think you are clenching your teeth/jaw and creating TMJ face pain. Pay attention when you are awake and if you feel yourself clenching your jaw, try to relax. He was right!! No more pain- I am so grateful!

Dr. Pilkington is the best medical doctor I've ever known. He discovered I had cancer during a routine unrelated visit. He discovered it before any other medical professionals, even ones which had only examined me. He performed my removal surgeries, and I have been under his care since. Absolutely outstanding medical professional. As a bonus, the front desk staff and nurses are also very professional and helpful, even spending 25 minutes on the phone to help iron out insurance issues.
