30+ years as my Dr.
I spent many a time at Docs. He saved my thumb from being lost to me. I had Gangren. He told me what could happen, said I would have to go to NY . I said no we got this. There was a rocky road before I got to him. Also I heard, (but never asked) on our 1st emergency visit he was supposed to be leaving for Hawaii. He didn't go. I was lucky enough to get to know the family on Orange St. He never pushed me, told me when I was ready . Tell him. Thanks for all the years we shared and thank you for for fixing my bone.

Dr. Piserchia has been my orthopedic surgeon since 1990 when he put my shatttered/dislocated wrist back together without a pin/plate or screw in me. He did several knee surgeries for torn meniscus over the years, and was the only doctor I would consider to do my hip replacement when needed in 2013. During these past decades, he has never lied or sugar coated the situation nor has be ever downplayed the amount of work required to bring me back to normal function. Yes, there are long wait times occasionally, but my feeling is if you want the best, you wait. No one wants to consider that emergencies come up and he might be helping someone out not on the premises. His office staff over the years has been professional. His radiologist, Matthew, is a gem. Over all, if you want the best in the business, there is no choice other than Dr. Thomas Piserchia.

Performed a knee replacement on my Dad that was an absolute disaster! Almost put the wrong fake knee in. My father has never been the same. People in that area have to find an alternative.

Brought my daughter in because of a knee injury. We waited 1 hr 45 mins before we even got into a room and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. After speaking to other patients in the waiting room, we were told he’s typically 45 minutes to an hour late for appointments. Being that he’s the only one in our area, they feel stuck with him. He met with us for less than 10 minutes. No apologies or regard for other people’s time and agony. I found the facilities to be unsanitary. Dirt, bugs and DUST everywhere. They didn’t put fresh paper on the tables after switching patients. I declined the follow up. His wait time is completely unacceptable. And the facility needs to be thoroughly cleaned. His radiologist Matthew was very nice.
