This is a cautionary tale to others. I was a patient in the office of Dr. Popa/Dr. Gendelman for more than ten years. I never met either doctor. The staff always pushed me to see their nurse practitioner, Terry Halpin. The office billed all my appts. with her as doctor visits so it was very profitable for them. Terry Halpin missed my thyroid cancer diagnosis for 7 years; it was stage 4 by the time I got another opinion. I fault the doctors just as much as their inept nurse practitioner.
