Follow up to rating of June 2018. Reimbursement was sent albeit took a year and three months and as I understand it a new and hopefully more proficient billing service has been added which would presumably know the correct Medicare codes to enter for a claim. The doctor himself is very competent, thorough and spends adequate time with the patient. To be fair, part of the problem with receiving reimbursement should be shared with Keystone 65 who apparently did no follow up nor paid the doctor.
