Easy to get an appointment, very short waiting time, fantastic staff. Dr. Smith takes the time to listen and he explains the situation in terms we can understand. He's has patience and is very compassionate.

Had a 1pm appt last week that they scheduled 3 weeks ago. Got to their office at 12:50. Sat in the parking lot until 1:25 pm because they locked the door. It clearly states they're office is closed 12-1pm everyday for lunch. I knocked, rang the bell & called the office. No answer. There were two cars in the parking lot too. I waited outside along with an older woman for them to open their doors. Haven't received a follow up call either. Their extended lunch takes rank over patients! Just rude!!!
